Christi Cronk is the Broker/Owner of Michigan Property Partners and a seasoned real estate professional with an extensive, multi-faceted background. Her experience spans owning and operating a real estate brokerage, mortgage company, and construction company, as well as investing in real estate and even owning a resort. This broad foundation gives her clients a unique advantage, combining industry knowledge, entrepreneurial insight, and hands-on expertise.

A former public school teacher, Christi brings her love of education into every transaction—empowering clients with clear guidance so they can make confident, well-informed decisions. Known for her responsiveness, integrity, and deep market knowledge, she is a strong advocate and tough negotiator for the clients she serves.

Outside of real estate, Christi enjoys a full and active life with her family. She and her husband love spending time with their 9 grandchildren, traveling, camping, and exploring nature’s trails in their Can-Am side-by-side.

Marlowe is a native from Marquette Michigan who moved down to the Grand Rapids area over 4 years ago. She graduated from Aquinas College with a bachelor degree in Business Administration. During her time at Aquinas, she played on the Womens Varsity Hockey Team and also led her teammates as their captain. She finished her senior year as an All-American Collegiate Player. Not only does she have a business degree, she also graduated from Douglas J Cosmetology Institute. Marlowe is not just a real estate agent, she also gives back to her hockey community as an assistant coach for Aquinas Womens Varsity Hockey Team.  

At a very young age, Marlowe was introduced to the real estate industry through the family business. Growing up in the business has given her a solid education for real estate that has turned into a passion that shows everyday as she helps her clients find the perfect home.  

On her days off, she enjoys doing anything that involves the outdoors. Whether it is taking her two dogs, Thor and Aspen, on hikes, going camping or traveling to state/national parks around the US. Marlowe is a busy body and will not stop until she achieves her goal.

Jennifer began her career as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and spent many years

working in corporate accounting and financial analysis. Her analytical skills and financial

expertise provide a strong foundation for helping clients make informed real estate

decisions.

Her interest in real estate started as an engaging hobby, perusing listings and imagining

the potential each property held. This passion grew when she and her husband

purchased their first investment property. Since then, Jennifer has successfully

renovated four houses, sold one, and currently manages three as short-term vacation

rentals.

Jennifer loves helping people and brings dedication, integrity, and a client-focused

approach to her real estate business. Her unique blend of financial acumen and hands-

on real estate experience allows her to guide clients confidently through buying, selling,

or investing in properties.
