 I am an Eastern Michigan University graduate with a teaching degree and spent 5 years teaching middle school students. During my time as a public-school teacher I realized I had an entrepreneurial spirit I wanted to explore. I left teaching to pursue a career as an entrepreneur and never looked back. My business careeer has been filled with my passion to teach along with a drive to help others succeed. I have spent most of my business career in one part or another of the real estate industry. I have owned a construction company, mortgage company, real estate company, investment properties, a resort and even worked in title for a period. My extensive real estate experience has provided me with a knowledge beyond most. I have also owned an entrepreneurial center where I helped small business owners grow their business as a business coach.

Over the years, I have been solicited by many of the "big box" companies and have had no desire to join them until I was introduced to EXIT Realty late fall 2017. It only took a few minutes for me to see that this company was different. The EXIT model is a perfect marriage for my business experience and most importantly philosophy. The company's core belief that the agents are the most important part of the business aligns with my desire to coach other and help them grow their business.

I am happily married with 2 children, 2 stepchildren and 3 grandchildren. When I am not helping agents grow their business, I am spending time with my family and friends. I absolutely love spoiling my grandchildren and being the "cool grandma". My husband and I enjoy traveling to new cities and experiencing unique cultures.

Marlowe is a native from Marquette Michigan who moved down to the Grand Rapids area over 4 years ago. She graduated from Aquinas College with a bachelor degree in Business Administration. During her time at Aquinas, she played on the Womens Varsity Hockey Team and also led her teammates as their captain. She finished her senior year as an All-American Collegiate Player. Not only does she have a business degree, she also graduated from Douglas J Cosmetology Institute. Marlowe is not just a real estate agent, she also gives back to her hockey community as an assistant coach for Aquinas Womens Varsity Hockey Team.  

At a very young age, Marlowe was introduced to the real estate industry through the family business. Growing up in the business has given her a solid education for real estate that has turned into a passion that shows everyday as she helps her clients find the perfect home.  

On her days off, she enjoys doing anything that involves the outdoors. Whether it is taking her two dogs, Thor and Aspen, on hikes, going camping or traveling to state/national parks around the US. Marlowe is a busy body and will not stop until she achieves her goal.

Having lived in Michigan her whole life, and Grand Rapids for the last 15 years, Allie decided that now is the time to take her love of real estate to the next level and join the great team at EXIT realty!
